Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Onsite desktop support - assisting users with end users with device migrations, device renaming, computer refreshes
🖥️ Hardware & Software Support
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues including blue screen errors, application failures, encryption problems, and peripheral malfunctions.

Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems across the organization.

🌐 Network Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues using IP configuration, ping testing, and related network tools.

Assist users with VPN, wireless, and wired network access problems.

🖨️ Peripheral Deployment & Configuration
Deploy, configure, and support peripheral devices including:


Monitors and docking stations

Clinical and specialty hardware

Ensure proper device functionality and integration with enterprise systems.

🔐 Active Directory & Domain Support
Perform endpoint lookups, password resets, and account validations.

Troubleshoot domain connectivity issues and validate Group Policy application.

Assist with user provisioning and access management tasks as needed.

📝 ServiceNow Ticketing & Documentation
Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, service requests, and tasks.

Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and follow‑up actions with clarity and accuracy.

Meet or exceed SLA requirements while handling a high volume of support tickets.

Required Skills & Experience

1 year of hands on experience in IT support
