Job Description

An employer is seeking a Change Manager for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. This person will help to lead the transformation and automation of this client’s enterprise change management process. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and finance, with a strong focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other AI driven tools to streamline workflows, improve governance, and enhance decision making.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of Change Management experience
· Remedy or ServiceNow experience
· Familiarity with AI driven tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
· Ability to provide project status/metrics on deliverables or escalate issues to Senior Leaders and Executives
· Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
