• Insight Global is looking for a Automation Data Analyst in Charlotte, NC for a large financial services client. The person will be responsible for:
o Evaluating current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and AI solutions
o Creating business cases, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis to quantify efficiency gains, error reduction and capacity improvements
o Facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders to gather, documenting and refining detailed business requirements
o Developing end-user trainings / guides to ensure smooth adoption of new process solutions
o Monitoring performance of tools, gathering user feedback, and determining opportunities to improve user experience and process efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
• Tableau, Alteryx and SQL
• 2-10 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4+ years of working experience in process simplification and automation and/or related areas along with financial analyst type experience with a financial institution (e.g. Treasury, Risk, Operations, Finance)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Python or AI skills
- Experience with Python, Power BI, UiPath, or Power Automate.
- Exposure to financial close, reporting, FP&A, budgeting or treasury functions.
- Experience with AI / GenAI use case development or chatbot automation.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery model.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) or data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift).
