Build and execute an internal AI enablement strategy for all business systems teams
Evaluate AI tools daily/weekly as the market evolves
Determine which tools (Claude, Codex, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.) apply to which roles
Drive adoption across:
Development
QA
Product
Salesforce/People systems
Create a structured program around:
Training
Licensing strategy
Usage tracking
Productivity measurement
Communal knowledge-sharing
Develop frameworks for:
How engineers use agentic tools
How to measure their output
How to scale adoption without chaos
Lead and influence managers to adopt, reinforce, and independently maintain these practices
Act as the connective tissue between innovation teams and daily operational teams

Required Skills & Experience
Strong program management & enablement background (not just technical)
Ability to evangelize, lead adoption, influence managers and engineers
Able to translate fast-changing AI market trends into actionable direction
Experience identifying which AI tools should be used for which teams (e.g., Codex/ODX, Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.)
Experience building:
Training frameworks
Evangelist communities
Usage tracking
Productivity/value measurement
Comfortable guiding multiple stakeholder groups:
Developers (.NET, Python, Salesforce teams)
QA/Test teams
Managers
Ability to stay ahead of market tools and communicate changes
Leadership presence + strong communication
Ability to create structure where none exists (this is a greenfield effort)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background from consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, EY, etc.
Experience embedding AI capabilities across enterprise orgs
Hands-on experience in generative AI or agentic tooling
Experience with:
AI code assistants
AI test generation tools
AI for user story writing / product definition
Prior work in business systems environments
Experience with scaled rollouts of AI productivity tools
Technical fluency (not required to code, but must understand capabilities)
