Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the Art team. This person will be responsible for handling and organizing art tasks to help the artists do what they do best every day. This team of producers focuses on guiding concepts from their nebulous creation through production execution and into implementation. This role will work across the art pipeline, partnering with many different teams. Looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication skills, and are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in games, have a strong understanding of dependency-driven production methodologies, have a firm understanding of a 3D art creation pipeline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
-Manage the Timeline - Partner with art discipline Leads and Production to execute tasks against dependency-driven asset schedules, ensuring the successful, on-time release of content that meets the Epic Art quality bar.
-Be the center of Communication - Facilitate continuous communication with the art production team and cross-department production teams, providing transparency into asset status, risks, and opportunities. Ensure stakeholders have proper visibility into development and are informed of any changes that may impact their teams
-Proactively seek resolutions - Identify problems and propose solutions for your team, before they become roadblocks. Own the outcome of your area, and never wait to see if someone else will clear your path.
-Be flexible and handle production needs across small strike teams. Understanding how to identify and break down priorities, and keeping up strong communication via multiple outlets, including email, Slack, meetings, and development roadmaps
-Facilitate development operations, including scheduling team meetings, running reviews, posting actionable notes to Slack, and following up for attendees. Assist with Flow / Jira tasks, bug entry, triage, and tracking

Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of experience in production coordination with a background in Art Dev within gaming.
● Hands-on experience using production tracking and coordination tools including Shotgrid/Flo along with JIRA (bug triage)
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to support multiple workstreams at once
● High attention to detail and follow-through, particularly when coordinating documentation, workflows, and vendor-facing materials
● Experience working with external partners or vendors in a coordination or support capacity
● Comfort working with spreadsheets, documentation, and basic production data
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across teams
