Sr. AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Developer to architect, build, and scale AI driven IVR and conversational AI solutions. This role will focus heavily on NLP, LLM workflows, agentic AI, and data-driven decisioning for voice and chat customer experiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically deep, and comfortable leading AI initiatives in a production environment.
• Architect and develop AI-driven IVR and conversational systems using Python
• Build and optimize NLP models for:
o Intent detection
o Text classification
o Clustering and call routing
• Perform data analysis using SQL on large-scale IVR and customer interaction datasets
• Design, deploy, and evaluate LLM workflows, including:
o Prompt engineering
o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
o Model evaluation and testing
• Lead development of agentic AI workflows for multi-step, autonomous customer interactions
• Establish and enforce LLMOps best practices, including:
o Model monitoring
o Evaluation frameworks
o Lifecycle management
• Collaborate closely with:
o IVR platform teams
o Speech engineering teams
o Product and business stakeholders
• Mentor and guide offshore and junior AI engineers

• 5+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning
• Very strong proficiency in Python
• Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including:
o Text classification
o Clustering
• Strong experience performing data analysis using SQL
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including:
o Prompt engineering
o Evaluation frameworks
o Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Experience implementing LLMOps / MLOps in production environments
• Familiarity with IVR platforms and speech technologies:
o ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition)
o NLU (Natural Language Understanding)
