Job Description
Develop, maintain, and enhance regulatory and business reports using SQL across multiple databases
Deliver scheduled (weekly/monthly/yearly) and ad-hoc reports in response to time-sensitive regulatory inquiries
Translate business, compliance, and product requirements into technical reporting solutions
Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants) and existing code repositories to accelerate development and minimize manual coding
Independently interpret documentation to reduce dependency on repeated stakeholder meetings
Prioritize validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of regulatory outputs
Collaborate with compliance, business, and product teams in an iterative and highly accountable reporting environment

Required Skills & Experience
5–6 years of experience in SQL development and BI/reporting
Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries across multiple data sources
Experience supporting regulatory or compliance reporting functions
Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight timelines with high attention to detail
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency and workflow automation (professional or personal exposure accepted)
Strong documentation interpretation skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Background in financial services or regulated industries
Experience improving reporting cycle times or modernizing reporting workflows
Familiarity with AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, LLM usage, or similar efficiency-driven practices
Strong ownership mindset with focus on accuracy, validation, and audit-readiness
