Job Description
• ~70–80% hands-on development
• Understand existing architecture & libraries, build on top of it (not rewrite)
• Pair/mentor junior engineers (no direct reports)
• Lead technical conversations
• Drive backend + frontend + AWS + IaC tasks
• Work across integrations with DS teams
• Build new features and optimize existing system components

Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years engineering experience
• Full‑stack: .NET backend + Angular frontend
• Strong architectural / system design experience
• Event-driven architecture understanding (EDA)
• Messaging systems experience
• AWS expertise
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
• Strong communication; can drive decisions independently
• Comfortable integrating backend → data science → multiple systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Wolverine
• Experience with Critter Stack
• Agentic/GenAI tooling exposure (Kodaks, Claude, etc.)
• Experience working at scale in distributed systems
