Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Backflow Compliance Specialist to support a utility companies Backflow Department. This role focuses on compliance tracking, outbound communication, and documentation follow‑up to ensure customer accounts meet required backflow regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Make outbound calls to notify customers when accounts are not in backflow compliance
-Follow up with customers to obtain required documentation and certifications
-Track compliance deadlines and resolution status for assigned accounts
-Update internal systems accurately with notes, status changes, and documentation
-Maintain detailed and organized records of customer communication and follow‑up efforts
-Monitor outstanding compliance items and ensure timely resolution
-Work within established compliance guidelines and procedures

Required Skills & Experience

-1+ year of administrative, compliance, or customer‑facing experience involving follow‑up or documentation
-Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing compliance related requirements
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines and multiple accounts
-Clear and professional verbal communication skills
-Ability to remain persistent and professional during follow‑up conversations
-Proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
-Reliable and committed to working 5 days onsite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in collections, compliance administration, or regulatory follow‑up
-Background in HOA/property management, insurance verification, or licensing support
-Experience working in a utility, government, or regulated environment
