100% REMOTE - EST timezone preferred
We are looking for a Workato developer to support our client's People Technology team. This person will design, develop, and implement robust Workato solutions to streamline business processes for Insight Global's client - a leading company in the gaming industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of Workato workflows.
- Maintain and optimize existing Workato integrations, addressing any performance or functionality issues.
- Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve integration related issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workato workflows, configurations, and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Workato.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to align Workato solutions with overall company architecture and security standards.
- Develop and review custom Workato connectors following best practices and augment existing workflows using Ruby and/or Python

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an integration middleware or visual programming developer demonstrating successful implementation of complex integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of Workato platform capabilities, connectors, and customization options.
- 4+ years of experience in Workato development
- 3+ years of experience developing in Python and Ruby
- Knowledge/experience working with APIs
- Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient workflows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Coupa and/or Workday
- Experience with Workday Finance or HCM modules
- Experience with Databricks
