Job Description
In this role, you'll work with our client who is a leader in cloud innovation, partnering on a high‑visibility transformation initiative to modernize hosting operations and integrate AI‑driven capabilities. We’re seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive cross‑organizational delivery, coordinate with architects and internal engineering teams, and provide clear, executive‑level communication to VP and C‑suite stakeholders.
In this role, you will manage cloud operations readiness, lead issue‑resolution efforts, oversee program structure and reporting, and support the development of AI‑enabled operational workflows such as predictive issue detection and automated ticketing. You’ll bring organization, clarity, and leadership to a fast-paced, highly strategic initiative.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-workstream cloud transformation efforts.
- Drive project execution, governance, status reporting, and risk management.
- Communicate project health and strategic recommendations to VP/C‑suite leaders.
- Coordinate across engineering, IT operations, security, and architecture teams.
- Oversee cloud operations issues, problem‑solving efforts, and proactive remediation.
- Support AI‑driven operational enhancements and automation opportunities.
- Manage milestone tracking, roadmap updates, and change management.
- Foster collaboration, clarity, and continuous improvement across teams.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of technical project/program management experience.
- Strong background in IT operations and enterprise cloud environments.
- Proven ability to work directly with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders.
- Experience running cross‑organizational programs in large enterprises.
- PMP certification.
- Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or similar).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI‑assisted operations or AIOps environments.
- Fortune 500 or large‑scale enterprise delivery experience.
- Familiarity with SAS Cloud, hosting models, or SaaS platforms.
