Job Description

Designing and developing control system architectures and instrumentation layouts.
Programming and configuring PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
Performing system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Collaborating with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure system integration.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including schematics, test plans, and reports.
Supporting ongoing system maintenance, updates, and modifications.
Participating in safety reviews and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Providing technical support during plant startup and operation

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Control, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in I&C engineering within industrial or power plant environments.
Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and instrumentation.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NFPA, ANSI).
Ability to read and interpret schematics, control logic, and technical documentation.
Proficient in control system programming and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with renewable energy projects or specialized industry sectors.
Certification in control system design or instrumentation (e.g., Certified Control Systems Technician).
Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for control systems.
Experience with software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or vendor-specific programming environments.
Ability to lead or coordinate commissioning and startup activities
