Job Description
One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire for an Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day construction operations out of their Raleigh office.
This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of the company business plan in the region. They are accountable for success including achievement of Safety, Quality and Productivity goals and profit targets. They will lead project teams to achieve specific goals, develop co-workers, participate in regional business development and planning, and setting safety culture for the business unit.
This role will be 85% based in the Raleigh/Clayton office and will require 15% travel to project sites across NC and VA.

Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience having worked in a leadership role for a concrete or specialty subcontractor; performing business planning, business development and executing operationally.
- Tremendous communication and leadership skills; must be able to maintain and develop high level client relationships
- Strong project financial skills; responsible for P+L of a $50M business unit
- Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug test
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience overseeing slab/foundation/elevated deck projects
- Trades background (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
