Insight Global is looking for an Oracle EPM EPBCS consultant to join one of our financial clients. The Oracle EPM EPBCS Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) solutions. This role involves collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that align with enterprise performance management goals. This role is 3x a week onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Strong understanding of EPM Cloud configuration, data management, and security setup.
• Experience in developing business rules (Calc Manager, Groovy scripting).
• Proficiency with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management tools.
• Working knowledge of Oracle EPM architecture, metadata management, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Knowledge of driver-based modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience in supporting FP&A or corporate finance functions.
• Excellent communication and strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Oracle EPM Cloud certification in FCCS or related modules
• Experience with other oracle EPM modules (FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS)
• Background in consulting or project-based work
• CPA, CMA, or finance/accounting background is a plus
