Job Description
One of Insight Globals EPC partners is looking for a Piping designer who comes from an Engineering company to sit onsite at their client in Kings Mountain, NC. Their client is a global specialty chemicals company, best known as one of the world’s leading producers of lithium, which is essential for EV batteries, energy storage, electronics, and more. Our client currently has a team onsite with their client and this person will be brought in to supplement that team and will be imbedded within that team. This individual must have a few years of experience specifically doing piping design in AutoCAD Plant 3D and will be responsible for the piping design projects at this location. The projects will be on the smaller side, 2-3 lines. They will also have responsibilities outside of pipe design, like putting together materials for the inspection groups and other administrative tasks. The type of individual they are looking for is someone who has the core skills and is trainable, as they do intend for this position to convert permanent.
