Day to Day
Solutions Design & Development
• Build LLM workflows, generative AI pipelines
• Develop computer vision pipelines and integrations
• Build prototypes, PoCs, pilots
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions
Customer Integration & Deployment
• Lead technical discovery and scoping
• Deploy solutions in cloud/on prem/hybrid
• Build ingestion pipelines, APIs, agent frameworks
• Troubleshoot and guide customer adoption
Technical Support & Enablement
• Hands-on support during and after deployment
• Write documentation and reference architectures
• Train customer teams on AI workflows
• Represent customer needs internally
Cross-Functional Work
• Collaborate with engineering, product, research
• Support pre sales demos and technical scoping
• Contribute to technical materials

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years in software/ML/solutions engineering
• Strong Python engineering
• Hands-on with LLM pipelines/workflows
• Computer vision experience (feature extraction, classification, detection)
• Cloud or on prem AI deployment experience
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Delivered customer-facing pilots/PoCs/integrations
• Strong communication; ability to explain technical concepts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• MLOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes
• Enterprise data systems or API-first architecture
• Technical consulting or field engineering
• Pre-sales demo or scoping support
