Job Description
Insight Global is looking to add a Security Analyst to their telecommunications client. This hybrid role operates at a large scale and plays a critical role in ensuring the security posture of complex enterprise environments. The Security Analyst will work closely with internal engineering teams and external clients to ensure assets are properly accounted for, security controls are effective, and security risks are identified and mitigated before incidents occur.
This position combines hands-on security operations responsibilities, including vulnerability management, solution and control testing, incident response, and proactive threat detection. The ideal candidate is a security-focused professional who can help build and maintain secure environments, identify and respond to threats, and make strategic security recommendations in the absence of a dedicated security engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience as a Security Analyst or in a comparable security-focused role
Demonstrated experience assessing enterprise security posture and maturity within complex environments
Strong hands-on experience leveraging security tools to run reports, analyze data, and identify security gaps
Experience utilizing Splunk, including writing queries, analyzing dashboards, and collaborating with Splunk engineers to deliver meaningful security visibility
Proven ability to provide actionable security recommendations and operate beyond a traditional Security Analyst scope
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
CISP or security certifications
