This role is accountable for defining and communicating product vision, translating business needs into actionable data science work, prioritizing delivery, and ensuring solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with enterprise strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for analytics, ML, and GenAI initiatives.
Act as the primary interface between, Business partners, Data scientists, ML engineers, Platform and infrastructure teams.
Help teams navigate trade‑offs between model complexity vs. performance, cost, and scalability.
Ensure GenAI and ML initiatives are grounded in real business value, not technology experimentation alone.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role supporting analytics, data science, AI/ML, or advanced analytics initiatives
Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions, including defining success metrics and acceptance criteria
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery environments
Comfortable collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and platform teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with machine learning, GenAI, or advanced analytics use cases, including model experimentation and deployment considerations
Experience with data platforms, cloud analytics environments, or AI/ML production pipelines
Understanding of model governance, risk management, and compliance processes, particularly in regulated environments
Background in analytics, data science, engineering, or quantitative disciplines
Experience operating in highly regulated enterprise environments
