Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will work as part of an international team. You will collaborate closely with our software development teams in the pharmacy automation area on turning our visions into reality.
Main responsibilities:
• Design, Build & maintain secure azure cloud environments
• Design, Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Be the technical reference of the rest of the team
• Collaborate and guide development teams to automated development processes & continuous integration
• Understand the Devops mindset and be able to coach it.
• Support product development teams to integrate security enhancing build steps (e.g. code signing, static analysis, security testing etc.) into their build environment
• Maintain and create new documentation
• Lead the team when needed on planning and backlog management.
• Mentor team member on devops designs and practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of DevOps experience in a cloud environment (Azure preferred; AWS or Oracle acceptable)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform preferred; others acceptable)
- Comfort working with YAML-based pipelines
- Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and define solutions proactively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• DevOps experience in Windows-based environments
• Experience modernizing legacy systems
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Jira and Confluence automation
• Hashicorp Packer experience
• Background integrating multiple platforms or teams into a centralized system
• Azure Functions
• GitHub Actions migration experience
• Experience working across global teams
