Job Description
The Site Manager will oversee operations across four hospitals, managing a team of 15 associates and serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage hospital-based teams across four sites.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all customer interactions.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor budgets (P&L accountability is limited; training provided).
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer expectations.
• Travel between sites as needed (mileage reimbursement and hotel stays provided).

Required Skills & Experience
• Background: Clinical Engineering (BMET through executive sponsor level)
• Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a hospital setting
o Must have grown up in Clinical Engineering
o OEM or warehouse management experience does not qualify
• Skills:
o Customer relationship management
o Ability to manage hospital-based teams
o Familiarity with hospital operations
