Assistant Project Manager

Insight Global is on the lookout for enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join a large commercial construction company and support construction projects in the healthcare, K-12, and higher education sectors. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in assisting and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, managing timeline of projects, keeping them within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for growth within our team.

Day to Day:
The Assistant Project Manager role is in-office and involves supporting the Project Manager, dealing with smaller to medium sized projects. Dealing with commercial construction projects, including new builds and renovations in sectors such as medical, higher education, and K-12. They will focus on assisting with keeping projects organized, managing project timelines, deal with funding, safety, and compliance. This includes main communication, scheduling, documentation, contracts, and problem-solving.

• They need 2+ years’ experience truly running work as a project manager.
• Medical, Higher Ed and K-12 experience, both New Construction and Renovations within the last 2 years

• Construction Management and Design Build experience preferred
• They offer relocation assistance
