Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst to work for one of our largest healthcare organizations in NC. This team provides financial analysis and operational support for healthcare facilities in Charlotte, including hospitals, medical groups, and surgical centers. Responsibilities include month-end close activities, budgeting, and pro forma analysis to support growth and strategic decision-making. The position emphasizes strong analytical skills rather than traditional ledger accounting, focusing on financial insights for hospital operations. This position is hybrid and requires this FA to be onsite 3 days a week in Charlotte, NC.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years of experience (would be willing to take a senior analyst)
• Pro Forma analysis experience
• Experience with a dedicated analytical role- variance analysis, perspective analysis, return on investment analysis, budgeting, etc.
• Experience working with the GL and reporting systems
• Strong knowledge of excel- working with lots of data, pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience with Strata- management reporting and FP&A
• Experience with Power BI
