Job Description

Role Summary
Support governance and change management reporting. This role ensures the quality of artifacts in the change management process, measures team performance (epics, deliverables, artifacts), and delivers actionable insights through standardized reporting and executive-ready presentations. You’ll collaborate with leadership, feature leads, and technology teams to communicate metrics effectively and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain governance and change management reporting standards, templates, and SOPs.
• Build Access databases and Excel models to track performance metrics and data quality.
• Create SharePoint dashboards and PowerPoint decks for leadership forums with clear insights and trends.Ensure accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness across all reporting artifacts.
Partner with Change Managers and feature leads to align reporting with organizational goals.
Automate refresh cycles and improve reporting efficiency using SQL and other tools.
Present findings to senior leadership and stakeholder groups, including governance forums and feature trains (currently 8 trains).

Required Skills & Experience

Access: Build queries, forms, and manage relational data.
Excel: Advanced skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros).
PowerPoint: Executive storytelling and visualization.
SharePoint: Create and manage reporting dashboards.
SQL: Required for data extraction and automation.
Jira: Experience pulling and interpreting data from Jira.
Strong communication skills to explain metrics and trends to senior stakeholders.
Ability to create senior-level documentation and deliver presentations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with change management or IT governance processes.
VBA automation for reporting efficiency.
