Overview:
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright and exposure to AI-driven testing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on automation expertise, problem-solving skills, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
• Build and execute robust end-to-end, functional, regression, and API test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and QA team members to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clear findings and recommendations.
• Leverage AI-based testing tools or frameworks (e.g., AI-assisted test generation, visual validation, predictive analytics) to optimize automation coverage.
• Contribute to the overall QA roadmap by recommending new tools, approaches, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, test planning, and agile ceremonies.

• 3–5+ years of experience in QA automation or software test engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Playwright API testing, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or prior exposure to AI-powered QA tools (e.g., test generation, self-healing scripts, anomaly detection).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript or another modern programming language.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
