Job Description
Evergreen is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The Tech Lead will own the delivery of a brand new US consumer credit card for one of the largest financial services clients in the nation. This individual will lead the efforts from end to end creation to completion of this card. This involves everything from card origination, the card decisioning process, card distribution or dispersion, servicing and operations workflow, online statements, fraud management, and the overall backend data analytics. The Tech Lead will ultimately lead the effort to deliver the end to end consumer credit card origination and integration solutions for clients of the bank. This initiative involves building secure, real-time interfaces between the platform, third party partners, onboarding partners, and FICO for credit decisioning. This will enable clients to apply for cards online, integrate with external systems, support servicing, fraud management, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong credit card experience along with experience with .Net Core, Azure, Restful APIs, creating API's from scratch, Webhook development and integration for a US card, having worked to stand up a new processor, Kubernetes, CI/CD deployment, and end to end Automation. Previous banking experience and credit card experience is required and the ability to effectively communicate with business, stakeholders, technical teams, and many groups to complete the project effectively.
This role requires deep software development expertise, domain proficiency and platform depth. This is a very hands on role. Typical daily activities include requirements analysis, solution design and, most of all, software development. An effective Lead Software Engineer Senior contributes relevant technical, functional, and process expertise to the team.

Required Skills & Experience
· Tech Lead experience & a minimum of 10+ years of experience in full stack development/software engineering
· Strong proficiency in .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
· Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and real-time transaction systems.
· Experience with Apache, event streaming platforms (Kafka), and Snowflake for data integration.
· Experience with Azure cloud services
· Experience with Kubernetes for containerization.
· Experience deploying into the cloud (Azure)
· Experience building out backend APIs from scratch
· Experience integrating complex APIs with Salesforce and third-party applications
· Strong experience with API development from scratch and cloud deployment
· Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment.
· Knowledge of secure coding practices and automated testing.
· Consumer Credit Card experience

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
