Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our global team. This role will focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with occasional involvement in Sales Cloud. You will work on enhancing and maintaining existing Salesforce solutions, modernizing legacy code, and supporting case management and customer support systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Analyze and refactor legacy code (dating back to 2015) to meet evolving business needs.
- Build and update custom integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
- Ensure stability of existing systems while implementing new features or fixes.
- Collaborate with technical leads and peers to design scalable solutions.
- Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot independently, and escalate when appropriate.
- Document solutions and maintain clean, efficient code.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Proven ability to analyze, debug, and optimize legacy Salesforce code.
- Experience with Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage productivity while the U.S. team is offline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive work style.
- Effective communicator within technical teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Background in API development and integration.
- Salesforce certifications (not required but beneficial).
