Job Description
Insight Global is looking for 2 Optimizely Engineers responsible for development of C# backend and Sass-based frontend code development for a financial firms two external websites as well as their home office intranet, all of which are built upon the Optimizely (formerly EPiServer) content management system. This resource will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable web applications using Optimizely CMS/DXP tailored to financial services clients. They will implement and manage A/B testing, personalization, and content targeting strategies using Optimizely Experimentation and Personalization. This will involve integrating Optimizely CMS and ODP with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM to enable real-time personalization and data synchronization across platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, compliance, and product teams to translate business goals into technical solutions that meet regulatory standards. This is a full-time role that can sit in either Milwaukee, WI or Charlotte, NC requiring 3 days a week in the office. Salary is based on years of experience and ranges from $100,000 to $125,000.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years working with Optimizely CMS/DXP.
• Experience integrating Optimizely CMS/DXP with Optimizely ODP, Experimentation and Personalization.
• Proficiency in C#
• Experience with SQL
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Optimizely certifications (e.g., Optimizely Certified Developer).
• Experience Developing in React
• Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and composable DXP strategies.
