Insight Global is looking to hire a TA Manager for one of our energy equipment manufacturers. They are looking to have an individual join their HR team, and play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable energy transmission. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations across two locations in Canada and a dynamic new factory in the USA. This opportunity includes the unique challenge of staffing the new US facility from the ground up, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our mission of innovation and excellence, while also handling the significant Canadian market growth. Daily Responsibilities:
• Full Cycle Recruiting: Own and manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles (Blue & White Collar) by developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies and engagement techniques to attract top talent for each position.
• Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to hiring managers by utilizing data and insights to drive proactive talent conversations, inform recruitment strategies, enhance process efficiency, and influence key stakeholders.
• Employer Branding: Act as a key partner in implementing local employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in a competitive talent market.
• Recruiting Process Excellence: Ensure that the recruiting process is executed with high quality, compliance, and professionalism to deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects our mission and values at every touchpoint.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global talent acquisition teams to share best practices and lead global projects to drive both global and local recruiting and employer branding initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition (4+ years)
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to devise solutions to challenges.
• Proficiency in cultural assessment to evaluate company culture and team structures for optimal team building.
• Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and employer branding, with the ability to manage both operational tasks and strategic projects.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time to the Charlotte, U.S. factory for on-site engagement and operational understanding.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Professional certifications such as CHRP, CHRL, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
• Prior experience with Canadian and U.S. employment law compliance.
• Advanced expertise in employer branding strategies or culture-building frameworks.
• Exposure to both US and Charlotte markets, and familiarity with employment laws and hiring practices.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
