Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS contractor to support our finance transformation initiatives. The contractor will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FCCS solutions to support consolidation, close, and reporting processes. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite. This person will be communicating with Oracle and the system integration partner as our client upgrades their application to Oracle. This role is 3x onsite in Charlotte, NC

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud – FCCS implementation and support
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
• Hands-on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations and data mappings
• Experience with data integration tools (Data Management, Data Integration, EPM automate, or FDMEE)
• Knowledge of financial reporting tools (Management Reports, Smart View, FR).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles for equity pick up and financial consolidation concepts for intercompany eliminations (currency translation, journal adjustments)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Oracle EPM Cloud certification in FCCS or related modules
• Experience with other oracle EPM modules (PBCS, EDMCS, ARCS)
• Background in consulting or project-based work
• CPA, CMA, or finance/accounting background is a plus
