Job Description
We are embarking on a multiyear transformation of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) landscape. Shaped by years of successful M&A transactions, complex business processes, legacy components, and massive data volumes, the current environment has reached a point where a highly scalable and modern platform is required.
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to drive the design, transition, and ongoing management of critical IGA services. The SDM will be instrumental in ensuring smooth service operations, meeting SLA commitments, and building sustainable delivery frameworks aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end service design and ensure readiness for go-live in Q1 next year.
• Oversee the transition of services into production and establish processes for sustainable operations.
• Own service operations post go-live, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
• Manage application lifecycle services with a strong focus on meeting SLA commitments.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, business units, and technology partners.
• Act as the key point of accountability for service delivery across the IGA program.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven track record as a Service Delivery Manager in complex global environments.
• Experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
• Strong background in service design, transition, and steady-state operations.
• Experience with application lifecycle management and SLA adherence.
• ITSM certification (ITIL preferred) is required.
• Background in working with a service integrator or consulting environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate in a highly dynamic environment.
