Job Description
- Act as a consultant and decision-maker on AMR/AGV equipment selection and usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with industrial engineering, finance, maintenance, and other departments
- Develop and justify implementation plans and ROI cases
- Lead programming, project management, and equipment approval
- Represent automation strategy to executive leadership

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years working directly with AMR/AGV systems (post-college)
- 10–15 years total hands-on engineering experience
- Prior work at AMR/AGV companies
- Strong background in: Implementation strategy, Programming, Project justification,
Leadership communication
