Job Description

Lead automation initiatives for furniture production processes
Take conceptual needs from leadership and develop automation solutions from scratch
Conduct research, define project scope, and translate into designs
Use 3D CAD (SolidWorks) to create fully functional models
Present designs to leadership with cost estimates and build readiness
Deliver designs ready for fabrication

Required Skills & Experience

- SolidWorks (5–7 years) with deep proficiency in: Hole Wizard ,Weldments, Ability to create Sheet Metal Design, 2D Drawings with Dimensions
- FEA Simulation: Analyze CAD models for stress and pressure points
- Custom Machine Design
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design or related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

AutoCAD: Considered a strong plus
