Job Description
We are seeking an EH&S Coordinator in Wilmington, NC in maintaining EHS projects and
assisting in achieving operational excellence. The expectation is for this resource to be on site at the
Wilmington, NC location. As our operations continue to grow and regulatory expectations increase,
the demands on the EHS organization have expanded significantly.
The contract EHS professional would provide support in the following areas (or others as assigned):
• Assisting with day-to-day EHS activities, safety inspections, and recordkeeping
• Supporting incident investigations, corrective action tracking, and safety program initiatives
• Providing coverage during peak project periods or project start-ups
• Conducting pre-job briefs and EHS observations

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent preferably in
Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related technical discipline from an
accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EHS in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and safety observations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills for managing records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
