Job Description
As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM modules including, but not limited to Core HR, US Payroll, Basic and Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Learning with Extended Enterprise, Time Tracking, Absence Managment, Talent Optimization, People Analytics, Peakon Employee Voice and Integrations. In this role you will be working closely with our internal HRIS team to help support our internal customer groups with HR/Talent. You will assist us with ensure data integrity, running audits, streamline processes, and support ongoing system enhancements. This role is ideal for a contractor with strong Workday experience who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced HRIS environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2 year in Workday HCM in and HRIS role
- Experience with configuration data, service now tickets, security, BP (business process), benefits enrollment
- Understand governance (internal audit)
- Strong communication
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Workday PRO Certification in one or more modules.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS or other HR technology platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
