Job Description
A large software and gaming company is looking for a Marketing Manager to work across a number of upcoming titles. This person will be a major contributor to the marketing campaigns for multiple titles in close collaboration with the developers, crafting and executing cross-functional global GTM plans, positioning line up of games for financial success while working with stakeholders to ensure they do not lose sight of the creative vision that makes the games so unique.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with multiple agency partners to build out cohesive & creative marketing plans for multiple game titles.
● Manage relationships with developers to ensure those plans meet expectations and represent their work in the right way.
● Work with multiple partners to identify growth opportunities and maximize campaigns to deliver against core business objectives.
● Closely track the impact of campaign tactics and how they impact sales.
● Manage and directly contribute to a dynamic asset pipeline ensuring everyone has what we need to visualize these titles in ways that stand out on social platforms.
● Work cross-functionally to align campaigns with wider marketing beats within the company and industry.
● Develop close relationships with First Party and hardware partners to maximize marketing impact and reach, including managing asset deliveries to these partners.
● Work independently to suggest data-informed ways that we could deploy budget in a more efficient manner.

Required Skills & Experience
●3+ years of Marketing experience in games (with at least 1 game launch)
● Ability to work across multiple timezones depending on needs - mainly with Central European teams
● Demonstrable skill in building concise & neat presentations for distribution
● Knowledge of current leading Social & Community platforms (Discord, YT Shorts, TikTok etc.)
● Experience in balancing priorities and internal resources against various competing projects
● Excellent communications skills and experience in working directly with developers & publishers
● Experience collecting and visualizing simple datasets
