Job Description

An enterprise banking client is looking for a Compliance and Operational Risk Specialist to join the Global Risk organizatoin. The job is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Data Testing program and support risk oversight of data management - Enterprise Policy. The role partners with Enterprise Independent Testing on data testing of data elements. Enterprise wide specially those elements related to global financial crimes, anti money laundering and sanctions.

Support execution of compliance and operational risk management program elements, Delivering each element on time into the required standard and assisting with assessing risks associated controls and their effectiveness
• Contributes to risk assessment of data elements to support appropriate prioritization, and scheduling of data test testing
• Interact with members of enterprise independent testing as well as first line unit teams to facilitate data testing and observation management
• Analyze data and test results into recommended action
• Contributes to thematic analysis of findings so further determine impact of data control environment
• Maintain business partner relationships for areas of responsibility across data management and line of business teams has real time dialogue on risk identified and testing observations

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years of expeirence within a related field
- Experience with data managemetn or data governance
- Experience with AML client onboarding, due diligence, or sanctions experience
- Experience with internal and external policy writing
