Job Description
The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in supporting the customer experience by resolving inquiries and issues across multiple channels. This role interacts with contract holders, dealer personnel, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and professional service.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Monitor call volume and escalate when needed
Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
Recommend service improvements based on customer feedback
Support ad hoc tasks as needed
Pay range $24-$27hr

Required Skills & Experience
2–5 years of customer service experience (phone/email support)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in training or mentoring new team members
Familiarity with process improvement or product feedback
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
