Job Description
Our client is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to join the team! This role will be hybrid onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office.
You will be responsible for supporting our external Design/Engineering operations and client representatives. This position will provide operational administration in various capacities such as research, project support, invoicing, expenses, and scheduling, for all power delivery projects.

Required Skills & Experience
Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
Completed HS diploma, Associate or Bachelor degree ideally in Business Administration or related
Strong organizational skills
Proven experience with MS Office and ability to learn new software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Past experience in an administrative or project support role
