Job Description
● Collaborating closely with Production Managers, Producers, Art Leads, and other internal teams to understand the needs of each production
● Building and maintaining relationships with multiple 3rd party production vendors
● Managing calendars and production schedules, taking notes, and helping the team stay organized on a daily basis
● Aligning the desires of Epic creative and communicating to external vendors as needed for execution
● Researching and reaching out to individual crews and large vendors based on the needs of the production

Required Skills & Experience
Background in QA and experience taking on production related responsibilities: grooming backlog, leading standup
Experience working with creative teams
Proficiency in tools like Jira AND Confluence, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
Competence with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Proven ability to manage schedules, meetings, and task tracking.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and workflows.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Experience assisting producers or project leads with task creation and tracking.
Ability to maintain development momentum through proactive problem-solving.
Understanding of the game development lifecycle.
Experience supporting playtests and managing feedback loops is a plus.
