Job Description
This individual will be in the office Monday through Friday. They will be tech support for service contractors and equipment owners via phone and/or email. The individual be trained on Champion products and will answer multiple calls a day from clients and tech to help them trouble shoot their products.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience with electronic controls and circuity (e.i - PLC, HMI, SSR)
Experience with installation, troubleshooting/repair, and preventative Maintenace of commercial equipment (not residential)
Trouble shooting circuits and controls
Strong phone and email communication
Customer service experience
Strong Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, teams)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of commercial dish room and waste equipment
