Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for looking for an Associate Producer to help bring our campaigns to life. In this role, youll partner with Senior and Lead Producers to guide campaigns from planning through launch, tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and keeping teams aligned on overarching campaign goals and strategy. Youll support across multiple products while also taking ownership of select campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has experience working within marketing or technology-driven organizations.

In this role, you will
Partner with the Publishing Production team to manage day-to-day production needs for large-scale campaigns and initiatives
Drive execution of smaller campaigns independently, from planning through launch
Build and maintain campaign schedules, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and milestones are met
Track campaign schedules and deliverables across creative, publishing, and external partners, identifying risks and resolving roadblocks proactively
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project status
Contribute to process improvements that help the publishing team work moreefficiently

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years doing the work outlined in a fast-paced company from an agency, studio or entertainment.
Understanding of publishing, marketing, gaming, and project management practices
Project management software experience (ideally airtable)
Worked closely with marketing in a fast paced environment
A self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and motivate teams to perform above and beyond.
Comfortable asking questions and addressing potential issues by communicating directly with stakeholders involved.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
