Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Fuel Procurement Manager to lead fuel purchasing operations for a client serving construction and agricultural sectors. This role involves negotiating fuel contracts, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing multi-state fuel pricing and distribution. The manager will collaborate closely with sales, staffing, and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing and strategic supply chain decisions.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Report directly to the CEO
Build daily fuel pricing for internal teams
Maintain and grow supplier relationships
Support business development and bid pricing
Collaborate with sales and staffing departments
Negotiate fuel contracts and manage multi-state supply logistics
Requirements:
5–10+ years of fuel purchasing experience
Proven expertise in fuel contract negotiation
Multi-state fuel supply knowledge
Strong background in the oil and gas industry
Pricing strategy and supply chain experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Experience working for a major oil company and that switched to purchasing fuel for a company
• Interest in growing and having an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience with Emergency Storm Relief
