Job Description

As an Implementation Project Manager II, you will lead a variety of customer software implementation projects, alongside a Configuration Specialist. You will be responsible for scoping the customer’s process and requirements, building the project plan, and driving the execution of the project from kickoff through adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of project management experience
- 3 years of customer facing experience
- Experience with Microsoft teams, Smartsheet's, salesforce. SharePoint
-Ability to drive a project and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at a time (i.e 15 small projects at one time)
- Ability to communicate with high level stakeholders (i.e C-suite level)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- AP or education industry experience
