We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled CAD Design Engineer to support capital projects at our client's pharmaceutical site. This hybrid role combines hands-on AutoCAD drafting with project coordination and engineering liaison responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment and can manage logistics across multiple departments including electrical, utilities, piping, and architectural disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
CAD Drafting & Design
Create and update detailed AutoCAD drawings for site-wide capital projects.
Maintain drawing standards and documentation for electrical, mechanical, piping, architectural, and utility systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Project Coordination
Serve as a central point of contact for engineering documentation and logistics.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and drawing packages across departments.
Track progress and ensure alignment between design updates and project milestones.
Cross-Functional Liaison
Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, maintenance, and external vendors.
Support project managers by providing drawing updates, technical input, and logistical support.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on drawing status and coordination needs.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with pharmaceutical or regulated industry standards.
Experience in project coordination or engineering support roles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
3+ years in CAD drafting and project coordination.
Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or industrial engineering environments.
Familiarity with capital project workflows and documentation control.
Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or other regulatory environments is a plus
