Job Description

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Data Science team in the rollout of a new AI tool. This tool aims to optimize cross-departmental processes through advanced analytics techniques. You will leverage your analytical, statistical, and programming skills to support the integration, deployment, and fine-tuning of AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Assist in the implementation and customization of the new AI tool.
- Clean, aggregate, and analyze large data sets to ensure successful integration.
- Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to refine AI processes and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide analytical support.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders, adapting communication to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, working both in-person and digitally to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tool implementation.
- Ability to handle large data sets and extract actionable insights.
- Strong command of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, with four days on-site and one day remote in a typical office environment

Education/Skills:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, statistics or operations research, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Highly proficient in SQL.
- Experience with analytical and statistical software such as SAS or Alteryx.
- History of using a data science toolkit, such as Python or R.
