Data Entry Specialist

• An insurance provider in the Charlotte, NC area is looking for a hybrid Operations Analyst/Data Entry Specialist to be responsible for supporting production and close activities, preparing spreadsheets, and performing various system testing activities as this company moves from Insurity to Guidewire.
• Perform production and close activities including uploading and reconciling data files.
• Prepare Excel files.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new systems.
• Assist with the preparation of documentation of processes
• Perform data analysis
• Data entry
• Maintain electronic files in ImageRight or SharePoint
• Provides continuous progress and status reporting
• Effectively applies Company methodology and enforces project standards

• 2+ years’ experience within operations/data entry
• Experience with data entry/testing systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Strong excel experience
• Insurance, Claims and/or Finance experience

• Insurance software solutions experience
• Insurance experience – specifically in Property & Casualty
• Some college preferred
• UAT Testing experience
• Insurance experience – specifically in Property & Casualty
• Experience with Guidewire or Insurity
