Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Sales Compensation Tool Implementation Consultant for a growing fintech company.
The Senior Sales Compensation Tool Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of sales compensation platforms (e.g., Xactly, Varicent, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ a plus) ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and adoption of tools that support incentive planning, quota management, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
· Implementation Leadership:
o Lead full-cycle implementation projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Rev Ops, HR, IT, and Finance to align tool capabilities with business needs.
o Create testing requirements/scripts through UAT to ensure the system is producing the desired results
· Compensation Expertise:
o Translate sales compensation plans into system logic and workflows.
o Ensure compliance with compensation policies and governance standards.
· Technical Configuration:
o Configure tool components such as crediting rules, quota assignments, commission calculations, and reporting dashboards.
o Integrate compensation tools with CRM, ERP, and HRIS systems.
· Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and external clients.
o Conduct training sessions and develop documentation for end-users.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities to optimize compensation processes and tool performance.
