Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Support PMs with budgets, proposals, contracts, and closeout documents
• Maintain project cost tracking and documentation (QuickBooks, Excel)
• Issue and manage purchase orders, invoices, and billing
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors
• Handle project setup in QuickBooks and internal systems
• Provide general admin support, marketing materials, and client communication

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
• 5+ years of Administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and PDF editing
• Comfortable in a construction environment and working with contractors
• Experience using sum, subtraction, etc functions within Excel.
• Exposure to financial tracking, budget report creation, invoicing, billing, etc.
