Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support PMs with budgets, proposals, contracts, and closeout documents
Maintain project cost tracking and documentation (QuickBooks, Excel)
Issue and manage purchase orders, invoices, and billing
Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors
Handle project setup in QuickBooks and internal systems
Provide general admin support, marketing materials, and client communication

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:
5+ years of Administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and PDF editing
Comfortable in a construction environment and working with contractors
Experience using sum, subtraction, etc functions within Excel.
Exposure to financial tracking, budget report creation, invoicing, billing, etc.
