A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and planning all facility-related events within a 200,000-square-foot space that supports approximately 800 employees. The role involves managing vendor relationships, overseeing scheduling and calendar coordination, space planning, and organizing both internal and external events. The Facilities Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal leadership as well as external partners, including security teams, caterers, HVAC technicians, electricians, lighting specialists, and food and beverage providers. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
