Insight Global is seeking a Senior Sailpoint IdentityNow Engineer for one of our logistics clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Security Engineer with extensive experience implementing SailPoint IdentityNow to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. This individual will be joining the team post phase one implementation, supporting testing and identifying critical apps and processes, and helping support prep for phase two (integrating Workday and ServiceNow). Additional experience with Microsoft Conditional Access, Intune, or CyberArk is a plus. This role will sit 4x onsite in either Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Naperville, IL, Atlanta, GA, Portland, OR, Ann Arbor, MI, or Southfield,MI or remote for the right candidate. Upon full time conversion, candidates would nee to relocate to one of these locations to be onsite.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in IAM engineering roles with a strong focus on implementing SailPoint IdentityNow solutions.
o Design, development, customization, and integration experience
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation
• Experience with integrating SailPoint in Workday and ServiceNow
• Hands-on experience with identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Familiarity with directory services (Active Directory, Azure AD) and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Additional experience with Microsoft Conditional Access, Intune, or CyberArk.
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer, or similar.
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI) and integrating IAM solutions in hybrid environments
